My family and I eat
organic/local about 90-95% of the time. We strive very hard to be as
healthy as possible. If you read any of my recipes I don't overly stress
or label
ingredients to be organic but you can bet if I made it - it's organic!

Unfortunately, there are lots of chemicals/pesticides sneaking into
your body if you aren't eating organic foods. Something to think about!
